Shipping and Delivery
The Service Club orders are shipped via Australia Post and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order size and value (for more information on this see table included in shipping costs below).
Orders will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 5pm on business days only, all orders will require a signature upon delivery. Our shipping partners do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please ensure you provide a street address for delivery.
In the event that no one is available at the shipping address to receive the delivery, a note will be left by the Australia Post delivery driver with instructions for how to book a re-delivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange for a redelivery time within the Australia Post conditions set out on the note.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or ‘lost’ parcels. Any items returned to The Service Club will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMELINES
Our team works hard to dispatch orders within 1 business day, however, during sales or peak seasons there may be slight delays. Once an order has been processed and dispatched a shipping confirmation will be sent via email with a tracking number for the customer to closely monitor the shipment.
If an order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, please allow 2-5 business days for the shipment to be delivered to metropolitan areas (excluding WA and NT which may take 7-10 days). Shipments to regional areas in all states may also take longer to be delivered, for more specific delivery time frames, you can check on the [shipping carrier website]
Any orders that require customisation or embroidery will be subject to longer processing timelines. In this instance, a member of our team will provide a quote, and will be able to advise on processing and delivery timelines.
